School will be closed tomorrow, Monday, September 7 for Labor Day. When students return Tuesday, they will follow a Day 1 schedule.
This week, we will start recording tardies to class for all students. Remind your child the importance of getting to class on time.
Time to help our Raiders get organized! Click HERE for organizational ideas shared with students last week. All 7th and 8th graders need to have either a paper agenda/calendar or a digital agenda/calendar to help manage their school year. Note for 6th Graders: Students will all be receiving physical agendas as soon as they arrive!
Back to School Night for parents is Thursday, September 10 starting at 5:30PM.

Remember, an early dismissal pick-up should be planned to occur no later than 2:30PM. Students will not be called prior to your arrival. Please make sure you have your photo ID when you come to the attendance office.
Please help your child place their ID badge in a spot so that every morning it can easily be found. Student ID badges need to be part of your child’s school attire everyday. It is mandatory that it be worn around their neck and visible at all times. Thank you for your help in making sure we follow the protocols set by the HCPS Safety Department.
Mark your calendar. School will be closed Monday, September 21 AND Monday, September 28.
As our fall sports season begins, here is a reminder about our spectator guidelines. Student spectators are not allowed to stay after school to attend an event. All students need to leave the campus and return with a parent or guardian at game time. Students not accompanied by an adult will not be allowed into the game. Students must be accompanied by an adult the entire game. If a student is seen without a parent or guardian, they will be asked to return to their parent or guardian and if they don’t have one in attendance, they will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.
Thank you and have a wonderful evening.
