What a great first week of school! We hit the ground running with amazing lessons, library orientations, and laptop distribution - just to name a few.
Speaking of laptops…we have reminded students that the computers are to be used for educational purposes and are the property of Henrico County Public Schools. Take time to talk to your child about appropriate use of electronic resources.
Remember, an early dismissal pick-up should be planned to occur no later than 2:30PM. Students will not be called prior to your arrival. Please make sure you have your photo ID when you come to the attendance office.

Our middle school care closet is gearing up for the new school year! This resource serves over 30 students every single day, providing essential toiletries so they can feel comfortable and confident at school. If you plan to drive to school to drop-off and/or pick up your child, please refer to the attached map. Please DO NOT use the bus ramp, Bransford Road, or the church parking lot as a drop-off or pick-up location. Please help your child place their ID badge in a spot so that every morning it can easily be found. Student ID badges need to be part of your child’s school attire everyday. It is mandatory that it be worn around their neck and visible at all times. Thank you for your help in making sure we follow the protocols set by the HCPS Safety Department.
School will be closed Friday, September 4 and Monday, September 7.
