This week schools in Virginia are promoting and recognizing simple acts of kindness during Virginia Kindness Week. The goal of this week is to foster a kinder, safer, and more inclusive school community. Kindness helps to build positive relationships, foster empathy and provides a nurturing environment. Cold and flu season is upon us. If you feel so inclined and would like to donate tissues, Moody’s faculty and staff would greatly appreciate it. Donations can be dropped off in the Main Office. Thank you.
For your planning purposes, schools and offices will be closed Monday, February 16 for a division wellness day. In addition, Tuesday, February 17 is a student holiday. When students return Wednesday, we will follow a Day One schedule.
