"This month's Raider Award goes to a teacher that has stepped into a role with determination and high expectations. She began the school year for the first time by setting up gradebooks, lesson plans, and collaborating with a supportive PLC team - without the benefit of "teacher school" - and continues to put in the hours to ensure her sixth graders are succeeding.
Ms. Kim Bonney comes in early every day and spends countless hours after school and on the weekend grading papers and preparing lessons for students who aren't always thrilled to be in English class at the end of a long day. But she persists! We are lucky to have such a dedicated Board Sub here at Moody."
