Ms. Eliza Milcarek!!!!!!!! This month's recipient of the coveted Rudy the Raider award was presented to Ms. Milcarek from PE teacher extraorinaire, Mr. Chris Cheely. Keep reading for the inspiring words shared by Mr. Cheely.
"Today, I want to talk about someone who has saved us more times than we can count—someone who deserves a standing ovation, a trophy, and maybe even a dedicated parking spot next to the back door of the gym. (So she can help the PE department more)
We all know the chaos that erupts when technology decides to take a personal day. In that moment, we are left wondering, "Who ya gonna call?" and that person is Eliza! Even though she can be hard to reach these days, at times we've had to revert to smoke signals and carrier pigeons to get her attention. Eliza always shows up, willing to help, assist, and ensure our next lesson goes off without an issue. She's usually even good for a few bonus adjustments we never knew we needed.
To all of us in the PE department, Eliza is our tech ninja hero, and we wouldn't be able to survive without her. Thank you, Eliza, for always being there to support us!"
