Attention rising 7th & 8th graders interested in applying to the IBMYP program: Applications are now available. The application link has been sent out to parents on ParentSquare. The application window is from Thursday, 9/12 – Monday, 10/7. If you are already an IB Accepted student, you DO NOT need to re-apply. If you have questions about this process, please contact Ms. Wilson or Mrs. Chewning.

Mrs. Lambrecht, Education Specialist for Specialty Centers, visited with our 8th graders on Thursday, 9/12, to share more information about HCPS Specialty Centers.

Monday, September 23 – Parent Authorization Form & Waiver Form is available in the PowerSchool Parent Portal to give your student permission to apply to a HCPS Specialty Center.
Tuesday, September 24 from 6:30-7:30 – Specialty Center Information Parent Night at Moody MS
Friday, November 8 - The Parent Portal to give permission will close at 4:00PM.
Monday, September 30 – Application will be available online at 9:00 AM – The application portal can be found on the HCPS Website linked here: HCPS Specialty Centers
Friday, November 15 - Deadline to apply for HCPS Specialty Center at 11:59PM
Information Sessions will be held:
Saturday, September 21 from 10:00AM – 2:00PM at Highland Springs HS Thursday, September 26 from 6:00PM – 8:30PM at J.R. Tucker HS.
